Professor Graham Virgo KC (Hon) is Professor of English Private Law at the University of Cambridge; Master of Downing College, Cambridge; Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn and member of XXIV Old Buildings. He was one of the counsel for the appellants in Rukhadze. He is the author of The Principles of the Law of Restitution (4th ed, 2024). The sixth edition of The Principles of Equity and Trusts will be published in 2026.
