Sir Richard Aikens, based at Brick Court Chambers, is a former Lord Justice of Appeal who now works as an arbitrator in international commercial disputes. He is also a Visiting Professor at King’s College London and Queen Mary University of London and is one of the editors of Dicey, Morris & Collins Conflict of Laws.
