Jeffrey Golden KC (Hon) is an arbitrator, mediator and expert at 3 Hare Court Chambers, where he also served as Joint Head of Chambers (2018-2022), who has acted extensively for the International Swaps and Derivatives Association and was a principal author of ISDA’s Master Agreements. Highly respected within the OTC derivatives market, he was prior to his retirement from the firm the founder partner of Allen & Overy’s US law practice and senior partner in the firm’s global derivatives practice, with broad experience of a wide range of capital markets matters. Jeffrey was also the founder and serves as Chair Emeritus of the P.R.I.M.E.
